Abstract
Poslovanje in trženje preko interneta postaja v modernem času stalnica. Seveda pa morajo zavarovalnice v Sloveniji, ki se odločajo za takšno vrsto poslovanja, še veliko narediti. Elektronsko zavarovalništvo in potrebe posameznikov se spreminjajo, zato je potreben konstanten razvoj elektronskega poslovanja v podjetju. Vedno je potrebno poiskati še boljše načine, ki prinašajo več strank in posledično večji dobiček. Tako se elektronsko zavarovalništvo korenito uvaja na slovenskem trgu, vendar še ni tam, kjer so nekatere države, ki so glavne v svetu zavarovalništva.
Napredek elektronskega zavarovalništva pa prinaša dobro razvita informacijska tehnologija v podjetju oz. zavarovalnici. Boljša tehnologija prinaša boljšo elektronsko poslovanje in posledično tudi elektronsko zavarovalništvo.
Seveda pa ima elektronsko zavarovalništvo svoje prednosti in slabosti. Prednosti so definitivno hitrost, dostopnost in enostavnost, kar je za uporabnike danes ključnega pomena. Takšen način poslovanja zavarovalnic tako prihrani čas zavarovalnici in tudi stranki. Vendar takšno poslovanje skriva v sebi tudi slabosti. Ena izmed glavnih slabosti je ta, da je na internetni strani, kjer uporabnik sklepa zavarovanje, vse predstavljeno v določenih osnovnih informacijah. Tako uporabnik ne predvidi vsega, saj ve samo tisto, kar mu je kot informacija dano na spletni strani. V živo pa poteka zavarovanje preko t.i. zavarovalnih zastopnikov, pri katerih lahko uporabnik iz prve roke izve vse potrebne informacije, ter na lažji način predvidi morebitna tveganja. Druga slabost so tudi vse večji stroški informacijske tehnologije, ki jih zavarovalnice izboljšujejo zaradi večje konkurenčnosti.

Internet business and internet marketing are becoming a constant in modern times. Anyhow, insurance companies in Slovenia, who choose this type of business, have a lot of work to do. A constant development of electronic commerce is needed within a company due to the changes in electronic insurance and individual needs. It is always necessary to search for business improvements, resulting in the increase of customers and consequently in the increase of profit. Electronic insurance is thus being thoroughly introduced into the Slovenian markethowever, it is not on the same level in comparison to some leading countries in the insurance world.
A well-developed information technology in the company or insurance company brings improvement to the electronic insurances. Improved technologies can offer better electronic commence thus providing better electronic insurances.
However, the electronic insurance has some advantages and some disadvantages. Some of the benefits are definitely the speed, accessibility and simplicity, which are essential for today’s users. This type of business benefits both the insurance companies and their customers because it saves time. However, there is a downside to this type of business. One of the main disadvantages is that the internet site, which is being used by a customer, who is undertaking insurance, offers only basic information. In this case the user has limited knowledge and cannot foresee every aspect. Insurance businesses conducted in person are carried out by the so called insurance agents. In this case the user can receive first-hand information which helps him to anticipate the potential risks. Another disadvantage is also the growing costs of information technology that are being used by insurance companies to improve their competitive position. |
