Abstract

Zaradi kompleksne sestave tekstilnih odpadnih vod uporaba univerzalnega postopka čiščenja ni mogoča. Vse bolj se uporabljajo napredni oksidacijski postopki (angl. AOP Advanced Oxidation Processes) zaradi njihove enostavnosti in učinkovitosti. H2O2/UV postopek je najbolj učinkovit oksidacijski postopek, saj se z njim izognemo problemom kot je nastajanje mulja in obremenitev odpadne vode z ozonom. Najpogosteje uporabljeno sredstvo je vodikov peroksid, ki pa ga je zaradi njegove stabilnosti v čisti obliki potrebno ustrezno aktivirati. Glede na vrsto aktivatorja, ki ga uporablja postopek, se oksidacijski postopki razbarvanja razlikujejo med seboj. Aktivacija vodikovega peroksida se lahko izvede s pomočjo UV žarkov, ozona, ultrazvoka, toplotne energije ali kombinacije le teh. Edina kemikalija, ki jo uporabimo pri razbarvanju, je vodikov peroksid, ki pri razpadu tvori kisik, zaradi česar njegova prisotnost v odpadnih vodah ni oporečna. V nalogi preučimo vplive posameznih vhodnih parametrov kot so moč UV žarnice, koncentracija barvil, dodatka H2O2, pH modelnih raztopin in čas izpostavljenosti UV sevanja razbarvanja tekstilnih odpadnih vod. Ti postopki so zelo učinkoviti za samo razbarvanje, kot tudi za znižanje vrednosti ekoloških parametrov. Del naloge so tudi mikrobiološke preiskave odpadnih vod v tekstilni industriji in čiščenje le teh s pomočjo ultrazvoka

Secondary title: Decoloration of textile waste waters using H2O2/UV advanced oxidation process
Secondary abstract: Due to the complex composition of textile wastewater treatment process using the universal is impossible. Increasingly, the advanced oxidation processes (U.S. ADP Advanced oxidation Processes) because of their simplicity and efficiency. H2O2/UV procedure is most effective oxidation process, since it avoids problems such as the formation of sludge and wastewater load of ozone. The most commonly used method is hydrogen peroxide, which, however, because of its stability in pure form must be properly activated. According to the type of activator used in the process, the oxidation dyeing processes differ. Activation of hydrogen peroxide can be carried out by means of UV rays, ozone, ultrasound, heat or a combination thereof. The only chemical we use in painting, the hydrogen peroxide, which produce oxygen for decomposition and therefore its presence in waste water is deeply flawed. In the study examining the effects of various input parameters such as UV light bulb power, concentration of dyes, addition of H2O2, pH simulants and UV radiation exposure time descoloration of textile effluents. These procedures are very effective for only descoloration, as well as the reduction of ecological parameters. Parts of the task are also part of the microbiological examination of effluents in the textile industry and cleaning them with the help of ultrasound.
