Abstract
Intenziteta vpliva vibracij, ki so posledica obratovanja gradbene mehanizacije in prometa, se lahko izmeri in opredeli kot hitrost vibracije nihanja tal. V prispevku podajamo analizo merjenih hitrosti vibracij tal in odziva nosilnih konstrukcij predvsem kulturnozgodovinskih objektov in stanovanjskih objektov na učinke, ki so posledica aktivnosti vibracijskega valjarja, zabijanja in izvleka zagatnic ter prometa. Z upoštevanjem posebnih kriterijev s pomočjo prognostičnih enačb, ki napovedujejo intenziteto vibracij, pa bi lahko zmanjšali ali v celoti izključili tudi negativne vplive učinka vibracij.
V ekonomskem delu smo podrobneje analizirali, s katerimi ekonomskimi tveganji se srečujemo pri merjenju vibracij, katere organizacijske in pravne rešitve so na voljo in kako jih je mogoče izboljšati. Spoznali smo vrste rizika in odnos do prevzema rizika.

The intensity of the impact of vibration resulting from operation of construction machinery and transport can be measured and defined as the vibration velocity fluctuations in soil. In this thesis we present an analysis of the measured vibration velocity response of soil and load-bearing structures in particular cultural, historical buildings and residential buildings on the effects resulting from activities of roller vibration, and the withdrawal of driving and traffic zagatnic. With regard to specific criteria through prognostic equations that predict the intensity of vibration could be reduced or completely exclude the negative effect of vibration.
In economic work, we analyzed in detail to the economic risks we face in measuring the vibration of the organizational and legal solutions are available, how can they be improved, and the types of risk and attitudes to risk taking. |
