Metode informacijske prenove poslovnih procesov

Abstract

Za obvladovanje prenove poslovanja ni več zadostna funkcijska organizacija, temveč je potrebno preiti na procesno orientiranost. Razlogov za obvladovanje lastne informatizacije je veliko zaradi novih poslovnih priložnosti, ki se v globalnem in pa lokalnem prostoru pojavljajo. Cilji vsakršne prenove morajo biti skladni s strateško usmeritvijo, ki zagotavlja obstojnost uvedenih sprememb. Informacijsko prenovo poslovanja je potrebno najprej obvladovati na procesnem nivoju. Z medpodjetniško primerjavo in metodami za ustvarjalno reševanje problemov se lahko razmeroma hitro pripravi pobude za prenovo. Učinkovito upravljanje kakovosti procesov je prava smer in pogoj za doseganje poslovne odličnosti ter posledično uspeha. Informacijska prenova poslovnih procesov se v prvi vrsti izvaja z modeliranjem procesov. To je oblika grafične uprizoritve procesov, ki jo spremlja podroben opis lastnosti procesa. Danes je na voljo veliko orodij in tehnik za modeliranje procesov. Informacijska prenova je postala donosen posel za razvijalce informacijskih rešitev, strokovnjake in raziskovalce. Celovite informacijske rešitve so očiten dokaz, da se meje razumevanja ciljne skupine razvijalcev informacijskih rešitev majejo.

Secondary abstract:	To master business rennovation functional organization is not enough anymore, but instead of it rises the pretension to assume a business-process orientation. The causes for mastering own informatization are many, because of the new business opportunities that appear in the global territory. The aim of any rennovation should be in-line with the main strategic orientation, which assures the succeed of made changes. Informational business renew should be mastered on the process level in first place. Benchmarking and creative problem solving methods make possible fast rennovation iniciatives suggesting. Efficient process quality management is the right direction and condition, to achieve business excellence and success. Informational renew of business processes is done in first place by process modelling. It is a manner of graphical process presentation with respective detailed description of the process. Today many tools and techniques for business modelling are available. Informational renew of business processes has become a business itself for informational solutions developers, professionals and researchers. Enterprise resource planning solutions are a clare proof of the vacillation of limits of the informational solution market.
