Abstract
V tem diplomskem delu smo najprej opredelili kaj je družinsko podjetje, kakšne so njegove
značilnosti, prednosti in slabosti ter izpostavili družinski in poslovni sistem v družinskih
podjetjih. Osredotočili smo se na osebe v družinskih podjetjih in v nadaljevanju opisali tudi
vrste družinskih odnosov. Predstavili smo tudi razloge za nastanek konfliktov in možne
načine reševanja le-teh ter opisali vpliv družinskih odnosov in konfliktov na razvoj
družinskega podjetja. Opredelili smo tudi pojem nasledstvo, nasledstvene možnosti ter proces
nasledstva ter opisali tudi nekaj problemov in ovir, ki se pojavljajo pri prenosu vodenja in
upravljanja družinskega podjetja. Na koncu smo omenjene probleme predstavili še na
praktičnem primeru. Opisali smo družinsko podjetje X d.o.o., pri čemer smo se najprej
osredotočili na nastanek in razvoj tega podjetja, kakšna je njegova današnja podoba, kdo so
zaposleni v tem podjetju in kakšni so njihovi medsebojni odnosi ter konflikti ter nato
predlagali tudi njihovo reševanje. Izpostavili pa smo tudi problem nasledstva v tem
družinskem podjetju in na koncu naredili še analizo rešitve.

Secondary abstract: |
The first definitions of this thesis depict a notion of a family business, what are its
characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, by exposing the family and the business system in
family businesses. The paper focuses on people in family businesses and describes the types
of family relationships. The reasons for the emergence of conflicts are presented, as well as
possible ways of solving them. Furthermore, the influences of family relationships and
conflicts on the development of a family business are described. It depicts also the notions of
succession, succession options, and the process of succession, followed by descriptions of
some problems and obstacles encountered in the transfer of management and governance of
the family business. Finally, these problems are presented by a practical example of a family
company X d.o.o., where the focus lies on the creation and development of this company, its
present appearance, who are its employees, what are their relationships and conflicts. At the
final stage of the thesis possible solutions are suggested. The problem of succession in the
family business is highlighted and followed by a solution analysis. |
