diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomsko delo vsebuje opis postopka določanja kadmija in svinca v zemlji z metodo ICP-MS. Kadmij in svinec smo določali po standardnih metodah SIST EN ISO 17294-2: 2005 (kakovost vode — Uporaba induktivno sklopljene plazme z masno selektivnim detektorjem (ICP-MS)).
Izvedli smo validacijo analizne metode, v kateri smo preverili validacijske parametre: natančnost, točnost, delovno območje, linearno območje, mejo zaznave, mejo določljivosti, vpliv matrice in izkoristek. Za ovrednotenje smo uporabili statistične teste. Merilno negotovost smo ocenili s pomočjo podatkov iz validacije.

Validation and measurement uncertainty in determination of cadmium and lead in soil with ICP-MS method |
Secondary abstract: |
Soil pollution is a serious threat for the natural vegetation. The soil receives heavy metals from various sources. These metals remain there for thousands of years. Cadmium and lead can have a very harmful impact on human and animal health if they enter in the food chain.
This diploma thesis contains the description of the process in determining of cadmium and lead in soil with the ICP-MS method. Cadmium and lead were determined according to standard methods SIST EN ISO 17294-2: 2005 (quality of water – the use of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)).
We performed validation of the analytical method in which we have checked the validation parameters: precision, accuracy, working range, linear range, limit of detection, limit of quantification, matrix effects and recovery. For evaluation we used statistical tests. Measurement uncertainty was estimated using data from the validation study. |
