Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen potek konstruiranja in snovanja naprave za navijanje različnih plastičnih cevi, predvsem pred izoliranih cevi. V uvodu je podan pregled konkurenčnih izdelkov na tržišču. Z upoštevanjem osnovnih zahtev zahtevnika smo izbrali najprimernejšo rešitev. Opisan je potek celotnega snovanja, izbire elementov in preračuna najbolj obremenjenih delov konstrukcije. V celoti je izdelana tudi tehniška dokumentacija, na podlagi katere se bo naprava izdelala v podjetju ESOTECH d.d.. Pripravljena so tudi navodila za vzdrževanje in napotki za varno uporabo naprave.

Secondary title: Design of winding machine for pipes
Secondary abstract: In this diploma work the design and development of furling device is presented. The device is intended for furling of plastic, isolated and similar tubes. Introduction of this work contains comparison of similar products on the market. In regard to the technical demands for this device we decided which technical solutions to use and then a detailed description of entire design and development is given. In the development stage we show the selection of basic elements and structural analysis of elements under highest stress. Diploma work also contains a complete documentation for manufacturing of this device. Based on this documentation the device will be manufactured by the Company Esotech d.d. At the end of this work the instructions for use, safe operation and maintenance of the device are given.
