Abstract

Ideja diplomskega dela z naslovom Transportni sistemi za polnjenje pretočnih regalov je nastala v podjetju NIEROS Metal, d. o. o., med opravljanjem obvezne 6-mesečne prakse. Diplomsko delo zajema modeliranje in konstruiranje transportnih sistemov za polnjenje pretočnih regalov ter tudi preračune transportnih verig in valjčnic. Transportni sistemi bodo pripomogli k boljšemu in učinkovitejšemu delovanju regalnega skladišča. V proces spada tudi avtomatska kontrolna tehtnica, ki je povezana z računalnikom v skladišču. Tehtnica pripomore k avtomatskemu tehtanju E2 zabojev med samim transportom, ločevanju E2 zabojev s pomočjo črtne kode itd. Celotni transport je bil zmodeliran s 3D modelirnim programom pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0. Koeficienti in ostali parametri so bili izbrani iz različnih tabel.

Secondary abstract: The idea for the diploma work »Transfer systems for flow rack loading« was formed in the undertaking NIEROS Metal d.o.o. during the six months of mandatory practice. This diploma work covers modeling and designing transfer systems for flow rack loading and calculating transfer chains and roller conveyors. These transfer systems will contribute to a better and more efficient performance of the rack storage. The automatic control weighing scale connected to the warehouse's computer is also a part of the process. The scale helps weighing E2 boxes automatically during the transfer itself, distinguishing the boxes with bar codes etc. The whole transfer was modeled with pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0. Coefficients and other parameters were chosen from different tables.
