Abstract

Pogodba o zaposlitvi za določen čas spada med tako imenovane atipične ali posebne pogodbe o zaposlitvi. Razlika od tipične torej pogodbe o zaposlitvi za nedoločen čas se razlikuje po tem, da je čas trajanja pogodbe časovno omejeno in preneha z potekom tako določenega časa. V Slovenije je pogodba o zaposlitvi za določen čas zelo razširjena in tako spada Slovenija med sam vrh Evropske unije glede zaposlenih za določen čas. Institut pogodbe o zaposlitvi za določen čas v Republiki Sloveniji ureja Zakon o delovnih razmerjih, ki izhaja iz načela, da je pogodba o zaposlitvi za nedoločen čas pravilo, pogodba o zaposlitvi za določen čas pa izjema. Tako bom v diplomskem delu predstavil kako so urejena delovna razmerja v Republiki Sloveniji na poudarku pogodbe o zaposlitvi za določen čas ter kako je urejena problematika zaposlitve za določen čas v nekaterih drugih evropskih državah.

Secondary abstract: Fixed term employment contract is so called atypical form or special contract of employment. The difference between fixed term and normal or typical employment contract is that with fixed term contract, the duration of contract is limited with specific time and it terminates when this specific time expire. In Slovenia this type of contacts are very widespread and this is reason why Slovenia is among the top European Union concerning temporary employment. Fixed term employment contract is legislated in Employment Act which emerges from principle that fixed term contact of employment is exception and non fixed term is a rule. In my thesis I will present labor relationships in Slovenia with emphasized fixed term contract of employment and also how are fixed term relationships legally regulated in some European countries.
