Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisana trdnostna kontrola vpenjalne priprave za vpenjanje pločevine, izdelava modela in izdelava. V podjetju, kjer sem opravljal strokovno prakso, smo prejeli naročilo za izdelavo vpenjalne priprave. Zanimala nas je življenjska doba najbolj obremenjenega fiksnega nosilca. Rezultati so pokazali dolgo življenjsko dobo, kar je pomenilo, da je v redu dimenzioniran. Po preračunu je sledila izdelava modela za boljši pogled na celoto in lažje nadaljnje delo. Kasneje smo pripravili dokumentacijo za proizvodnjo in vpenjalno pripravo v celoti izdelali in preizkusili.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work describes the calculation of the load capacity in clamping device for steel sheet, the creation of a 3D model and the production of the device. The company where I did my practical training got an order to produce a clamping device. We were interested in the life span of the fixed beam which seemed to be mostly exposed regarding the loads. The results showed a long life span which meant that it was well constructed. After the calculation, we created a 3D model have a better overview of the process of production of the clamping device in advance. Then we made the documentation for production. Finally, we produced the device and tested it.
