Abstract

V svoji nalogi sem najprej opisala pomen uvedbe elektronskega poslovanja v podjetje in z njim spremembo poslovnega okolja. Nato sem predstavila različne načine, ki pripomorejo k vzpostavitvi dobrega informacijskega sistema v podjetju. Nadaljevala sem s predstavitvijo raznih sistemov kot so intranet, ekstranet in dokumentni sistemi. Predstavila informacijski sistem kot podporo managementu, odvisnost med tehnologijo in managementom, poslovno inteligenco in celovite programske rešitve. Podrobneje sem predstavila finančni informacijski sistem s poudarkom na elektronskem bančništvu in arhiviranju dokumentov. Zgoraj navedeno raziskavo sem uporabila pri nadaljnji ocenitvi informacijskega sistema za finančni management na primeru podjetja Kemiplas d.o.o.

Secondary abstract:	In my diploma thesis we first described the importance of introducing an electronic comerce in and together with such introduction the change of the business enviroment. Following that we presented a number of ways, which help create and establish a good information system in the company. We contiued with presenting different systems such as intranet, extranet and document management systems. We also presented information system as a support for the company management, correlation between the technology and the management, business intelligence and comprehensive software solution (ERP solutions). We have presented in more detail the financial information system with emphasis on electronic banking and archiving documents. The above mentioned survey was used in further evaluation of information system for the financial management on a case of the company Kemiplas d.o.o.
