Abstract

V diplomskem delu bomo predstavili skladiščno poslovanje skladišča gotovih izdelkov v podjetju SIP Šempeter, d.d., ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo kmetijske mehanizacije. V začetnem delu diplomskega dela smo predstavili teoretične osnove, ki so nam bile v oporo pri izdelavi končnega izdelka. V nadaljevanju je predstavljeno in opisano obstoječe stanje skladišča gotovih izdelkov podjetja SIP Šempeter, d.d., in njegovo poslovanje. V kritični analizi smo navedli vzroke za neučinkovito skladiščno poslovanje ter nakazali možne izboljšave. V drugem delu diplomskega dela smo zbrali in podrobneje predstavili vse predlagane rešitve in njihove učinke na samo poslovanje. Nadaljevali smo z opisom pogojev, potrebnih za uvedbo tehnologije črtne kode v skladišče gotovih izdelkov. Predstavili smo tudi strojno opremo in informacijsko podporo, potrebno za izvedbo predlagane rešitve. V zaključku diplomskega dela smo na podlagi predstavitve stroškov investicije in potencialnih prihrankov, rešitev ocenili kot pozitivno.

Secondary abstract:	My diploma thesis represents warehouse operating of the storage final products at the company SIP Šempeter, d.d., which occupies itself with the production of agricultural machinery. The initial part of diploma paper deals with theoretical basis, which were our support in the manufacture of final products. The continuation presents and describes existing condition of the storage final products at the company SIP Šempeter, d.d and its business. The critical analysis lists causes for ineffective warehouse operating and indicates possible improvements. The second part gathers and represents all proposed solutions in details and their effects on operating. Then there is a description of conditions required for introduction of bar code technology in the storage of final products. We also presented the hardware and information support needed for the performance of proposed solutions. In the conclusion of diploma paper we evaluated the solution as positive on the basis of investment expenses and potential savings presentation.
