Robotizirana strega pri brizganju plastike

Abstract

V podjetju Makop d.o.o. kjer sem opravljal praktično usposabljanje, se je z uvedbo novega izdelka pojavila težava zaradi katere je podjetje prejemalo reklamacije naročnika. Do reklamacij je prihajalo zaradi neustreznega načina izmetavanja kosov iz orodja in težkega prepoznavanja razlik med izdelkoma, ki se brizgata hkrati. Kljub uvedbi različnih izboljšav, nam težav ni uspelo odpraviti. Zato smo se odločili za nakup robota, ki pobira kose iz orodja in jih potem odlaga tako, da so različni kosi vsak na svoji strani transportnega traku. Na ta način smo olajšali delo delavcu, ki mu ni treba več ločevati kosov in preverjati ustreznosti le-teh, hkrati pa tudi ni več izmeta.

Secondary abstract:	In the company Makop d.o.o. where I performed working practice occurred problems with an introducing of new product. The firm received many customer complaints. Most of the comlains were made because of inappropriate way of eject pieces from tool and identification of differences between two products, which are ejected simultaneously. Despite the introduction of various improvements we failed to resolve the problems. So we decided to buy a robot that collects pieces from the tool and sort the same pieces together on conveyor belt. In this way we made work easier for the worker who does not need to separate pieces and examine the appropriateness of them. There is also no more complains because of bead peaces.
