Abstract

V diplomskem seminarju sem predstavila elektronsko bančništvo, ki je tako v svetu kot pri nas ena izmed novejših storitev, ki jih ponujajo banke. V drugem poglavju sem vsebinsko opredelila definicijo elektronskega bančništva ter kako ga lahko obravnavamo iz širšega in ožjega vidika. V naslednjem koraku sem predstavila segmente elektronskega bančništva in na kratko tudi opredelila bančne komitente. Nadalje sem opisala njegov razvoj ter predstavila njegove prednosti in slabosti tako za banke kot za komitente. V tretjem poglavju sem opisala delovanje elektronskega bančništva na standarden način in delovanje z uporabo interneta. V četrtem poglavju sledi kratek opis storitev elektronskega bančništva, kot so bančni avtomati, plačilne kartice, mobilno in telefonsko bančništvo ter telebanking in internetno bančništvo. V naslednjem poglavju sem se dotaknila tudi Zakonske ureditve pri elektronskem bančništvu, ter varnostne elemente in tveganja, ki se pojavijo pri uporabi le-tega. Za zaključek pa sem predstavila Novo Ljubljansko banko, kjer sem opisala NLB Klik za fizične osebe, NLB Proklik za pravne osebe in samostojne podjetnike, NLB Moba in NLB Teledom.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma seminar I have presented electronic banking, i.e. one of the newer services the banks offer in Slovenia and abroad. In the second chapter I have defined the term electronic banking and how it can be dealt with from a broader and narrower perspective. Subsequently, I have presented the segments of electronic banking and briefly introduced bank customers. Then, I focused on the development of electronic banking and its advantages and disadvantages both for the banks and for its customers. In the third chapter I have discussed the functioning of electronic banking using standard methods and using the Internet. The fourth chapter comprises of a short description of electronic banking services, e.g. ATM machines, debit cards, mobile and telephone banking as well as telebanking (home banking) and internet banking. The next chapter broaches legal regulations in electronic banking, safety features as well as risks, which are connected to its use. In conclusion I introduced the bank Nova Ljubljanska banka, described NLB Klik for natural persons, NLB Proklik for legal persons and self-employed entrepreneurs, NLB Moba and NLB Teledom.
