diplomsko delo
Abstract
Diplomska naloga zajema pregled obstoječega stanja s področja planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje v Sistemski tehniki d.o.o. Ker je za proizvodnjo po naročilu značilno, da pogosto prihaja do nepredvidenih dogodkov, na katere se je potrebno hitro odzvati, ni smiselno vnaprej planirati daljšega urnika izvajanja naročil. Zato sem glede na delitev planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje na grobo, srednje in podrobno, v diplomski nalogi podrobneje obdelal področje dinamičnega krmiljenja operacij s pomočjo prednostnih pravil, pri čemur je ključnega pomena kako dodelimo delo ozkim grlom v proizvodnji.
Na osnovi posnetka obstoječega stanja so podani predlogi in smernice za nadaljnje delo s področja planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje.

The diploma work covers the review of the present state on the area of planning and production management in the Sistemska tehnika Ltd. company. Production to order is often featured by some unforeseen happenings that require a rapid response to a new situation, therefore a long-term scheduling of the contract performance is actually not rational at all. The area of planning and production management is divided into rough, medium and detailed, and this diploma work deals in greater detail with the dynamic control of operating processes through priority rules, where there is of a key importance the work allocation to the bottlenecks in the production.
There are given suggestions and guidelines for the work in the area of planning and production management in the future based on the recording of the present state. |
