Abstract

Za potrebe personalizacije izdelkov in razreza na drobno smo obnovili krmiljenje prečnega rezalca. Klasično krmiljenje smo nadomestili s krmilnikom in operaterskim pultom. Pomik materiala pri razrezu smo zagotovili s servo motorjem. Posodobitev je predvidevala pozicioniranje na markico, z možnostjo blokade fotocelice za vnaprej predvideno okno. Poleg tega smo poskušali vzpostaviti sinhronizacijo z vsemi možnimi personalizacijskimi napravami, ki so v podjetju na razpolago. Vključili smo še kontrolo kvalitete ter nadzor nad sledljivostjo izdelka v proizvodnem procesu. Izdelke smo avtomatsko sortirali na dobre in slabe, ob tem pa generirali vso potrebno dokumentacijo, ki je zahtevana za personalizirane izdelke.

Secondary title: Modernization of transverse cutter Gallus
Secondary abstract: In order to personalize products and enable precise cutting the steering of cross cutter was modernized. Classic steering was substituted by the controller and the operator panel. The movement of material in the process of cutting was ensured with the servo motor. Modernization envisaged positioning onto the label, with the possibility of photocell blockade for envisaged window. In addition, the synchronization with all personalized appliances available in the company was tried to be established. The quality control and supervision of product development in production process were incorporated. Products were automatically sorted into good and bad. At the same time all necessary documentation needed for personalized products was generated.
