Abstract

Diplomsko delo je nastalo na področju meroslovja v podjetju Cinkarna Celje in predstavlja avtomatizacijo ročnega procesa umerjanja laboratorijskih sušilnikov, ki jih uporabljajo in pregledujejo v podjetju. Avtomatski postopek umerjanja je v primerjavi z ročnim prinesel krajši čas umerjanja in bolj točne rezultate. Temperature, izmerjene na merilnih mestih v prostoru sušilnika, se zapisujejo v datoteko na disku računalnika, njihove trenutne vrednosti pa je mogoče spremljati na grafičnem vmesniku programa. Na grafičnem vmesniku uporabnik pred umerjanjem nastavi število ponovitev meritev in čas med ponovitvami meritev, ki se bodo izvedle. Po koncu umerjanja vse izmerjene vrednosti avtomatsko prenesemo v Excelovo poročilo. Merilni sistem je izveden s strojno in programsko opremo proizvajalca Advantech in temperaturnimi tipali Pt-100 ter je povezan z osebnim računalnikom.

Secondary title: Automatic calibration of laboratory dryers
Secondary abstract: This diploma work was created in the field of metrics in Cinkarna Celje and it represents an automation of manual process of calibration of laboratory dryers, which are used and inspected in the company. The automatic calibration process has brought shorter calibration time and more accurate results compared to manual calibration process. The temperatures measured at monitoring stations in the place of the dryer are being recorded into a file on the computer disk, while their current values can be monitored on a graphic user interface of the program. Before calibration, a user sets the number of repetitions of measurements and the time between repetitions of the measurements that are to be carried out on the graphic user interface. At the end of the calibration we can automatically transfer all the readings into an Excel report. The measurement system is carried out with Advantech hardware and software and temperature sensors Pt-100. It is connected to a personal computer.
