Abstract

Uporaba asinhronskih strojev se je zelo razširila. Razlogi so prilagodljivost za različne hitrosti vrtenja, različne moči in cenovno večja dostopnost. Cilji diplomskega dela so osredotočenost na izbiro števila polov in optimalnega statorskega navitja za različne tipe asinhronskih generatorjev, prikaz izbire ustreznih podatkov za projektiranje asinhronskega stroja, ki bi se uporabljal v mali hidroelektrarni za pridobivanje električne energije. Z upoštevanjem standardov in kataloških podatkov je izveden analitični in numerični izračun. Glede na predvidene vrtljaje turbine so iz kataloga izbrani optimalni multiplikatorji, na podlagi izračunov pa je prikaz postrojev z najboljšim izkoristkom. Načrtovanje statorskega navitja, numerični in analitični izračun je izveden s programskim paketom emLook, ki ga uporabljajo v Laboratoriju za električne stroje (LABES) na Fakulteti za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko Univerze v Mariboru.

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂefficiency impact of the number of poles on a 450 kW induction generator
Secondary abstract: The use of induction machines seriously expanded. The reasons are flexibility for different rotational speeds, different power and increased affordability. The objectives of this thesis are focusing on selecting the number of poles and optimal stator windings for different types of induction generators, demonstration of the appropriate data selection to design an induction machine, which would be used in small hydro power plant to generate electricity. An analytical and numerical calculation is carried out according to standards and catalogue data. In relation to the projected turbine speed, the optimal multiplicators are selected from the catalog; on the basis of calculations the best use of machinery components is shown. Designing of the stator winding, numerical and analytical calculation is performed with the software package emLook, used by the Laboratory for electrical machines (LABES) in the Faculty of electrical, engineering and computer science of the University of Maribor.
