Abstract

V delu diplomskega seminarja smo si zastavili, da dokažemo kako močan vpliv ima stres na ljudi v današnjem času. Ljudje se na vsakem koraku soočajo z vplivi stresa, ki nanje vpliva pozitivno lahko pa tudi negativno-odvisno za kakšno vrsto stresa gre, ter kakšnemu tipu osebnosti pripadamo. Ker so vplivi stresa na telo in duha lahko zelo nevarni se je potrebno le-tega zavedati preden resno ogrozi naše zdravje. Tako je za ljudi, ki so pogosto izpostavljeni stresnim situacijam priporočljivo, da svoje zdravstveno stanje redno spremljajo in v primeru pojava simptomov hitro ukrepajo. Le s hitrim ukrepanjem se lahko izognemo trajnim posledicam, ki jih lahko ima stres na naše zdravje. Poznamo različne metode, ki nam pomagajo bojevati se s stresom. Nekatere nam pomagajo lajšati telesne simptome, ki jih ima vpliv stresa na naše telo, medtem ko nas druge naredijo psihično bolj močne ter čustveno bolj odporne na stresne dejavnike. Tako naprimer masaža predvsem na naše telo vpliva blagodejno ter ga sprošča, medtem ko je glavni učinek joge da se poleg njenega učinka na telo tudi psihično spočijemo in naberemo novi moči za nadaljnje delo.

Secondary abstract: In the seminar paper thesis we set ourself to prove how strong is the impact of stress on people today. People everywhere are faced with the effects of stress, which may be affected positively as well as negative, depending on what type of stress is, and what type of personalities belong. Since the effects of stress on the body and mind can be very dangerous, we need to be aware of it before seriously endangers our health. It's recommended for people who are often exposed to stressful situations that they regularly monitor their health status and in case of symptoms act quickly. Only the prompt action can avoid irreversible consequences, which may have stress on our health. There are various methods to help us fight stress. Some help us to ease physical symptoms, caused by the impact of stress on our body, while others make us psychically stronger and more resistant to stress factors. For example massage has beneficial effect on our body and helps to relax it, while the main effect of yoga is to get also relaxed mentally and gather new strengths for further work.
