Abstract

Diplomska naloga je nastala v povezavi matičnega področja strojništva, natančneje vzdrževanja, s področjem ekonomije. V njej je zajeta analiza nastalih stroškov za gradbene stroje in tovorna vozila. Analiza zajema vse stroške, ki so nastali s posameznim delovnim sredstvom za obdobje enega leta. Posamezni stroški so razdeljeni v devet skupin pri gradbenih strojih in v deset skupin pri tovornih vozilih. Skupno je analiziranih štirinajst gradbenih strojev in osem tovornih vozil. Tako je moč ugotoviti posamezna odstopanja in morebitne nepravilnosti. Cilj diplomskega dela je analizirati stroške in iz njih izračunati urne postavke, ter tako prekontrolirati obstoječi zunanji cenik.

Secondary abstract:	This diploma work was written on the subject of maintenance by combining knowledge from the fields of mechanical engineering and economy. It contains the cost analysis of construction machines and loading vehicles. The analysis includes all of the costs which - in a period of one year - accumulated on each machine that was used. These costs are divided into nine groups in the analysis of construction machines and into ten groups in the analysis of loading vehicles, respectively. Accumulatively, fourteen construction machines and eight loading vehicles were analysed. This way, individual deviations and possible irregularities would be easier to find. The objective of the diploma work is to analyse costs and then use this analysis to calculate hourly charge prices and - by doing this calculation - to control the currently used price list.
