Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava krize v podjetjih, njihovo razreševanje s pomočjo kriznega managementa in prenovo organizacije podjetja po uspešno prestani krizi na primeru podjetja Oticon. Delo je razdeljeno na tri smiselne dele, in sicer je v prvem obravnavan pojem kriz v podjetjih, v drugem krizni management in v tretjem prenova organizacije na praktičnem primeru. V prvem delu diplomske naloge je obravnavana kriza podjetja. Poleg definicij krize so našteti tudi simptomi, ki krize napovedujejo in vzroki za nastanek krize. Obravnavan je tudi razvoj krize. Nadalje so podani pozitivni učinki podjetniških kriz. V prvem poglavju je obravnavana tudi razvrstitev kriz z vidika razvoja podjetja. V drugem delu sem se osredotočil na krizni management, in sicer na njegove posebnosti in ukrepe, ki so zanj značilni. Opisana je tudi vloga in podoba kriznih managerjev. Podana je primerjava reaktivnega in proaktivnega kriznega managementa. Opisane so možnosti za umestitev kriznega managementa v organizacijsko strukturo podjetja. V del o kriznem managementu je zajeto tudi krizno komuniciranje. V tretjem delu je na podlagi praktičnega primera podjetja Oticon prikazan krizni management in prenova organizacije podjetja po uspešno prestani krizi. Potek prenove organizacije v konkretnem podjetju sem primerjal tudi z znanim 4-R pristopom prenove organizacije.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis deals with crises in companies, the resolving of crises through crisis management and the restructuring of the company organisation after a successfully overcome crisis in the case of the company Oticon. The diploma thesis is divided into three logical units. The first unit addresses the concept of crisis in a company, the second unit discusses crisis management and the third unit demonstrates the restructuring of the organisation on a case study. The first part of my diploma thesis deals with company crisis. In addition to various definitions of crisis, the symptoms that predict a crisis and the causes for a crisis are to be found in this unit. Furthermore it presents the development of crisis and the positive effects of company crises as well as the classification of crises in terms of company development. The focus of the second part of the thesis is crisis management, especially its typical features and measures. This part also presents the role and image of the crisis managers and compares reactive crisis management to proactive. Moreover, several possibilities for placement of crisis management in the organisational structure of a company are listed in this part, included crisis communication. The third part shows crisis management and the restructuring of the company organisation after a successfully overcome crisis in the case of the company Oticon. The course of the restructuring of organisation in the mentioned company is then compared to the well-known 4-R approach to the restructuring of organisation.
