Abstract

Na pojav sindroma izgorevanja na delovnem mestu vpliva tako delovno okolje kot tudi osebne značilnosti posameznika. Zaposleni se morajo naučiti ravnati sami s seboj, podjetja pa jim naj nudijo zdravju prijazno delovno okolje. Nedvomno imajo zaposleni in njihovo znanje velik pomen za podjetje. Toda zaposleni, ki so na koncu svojih moči, v svoje delo ne morejo vlagati tolikšne energije in znanja, kot bi sicer lahko. Izgorelost zaposlenih se za to odraža tudi v rezultatih poslovanja podjetja. Diplomska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. Prvi zajema teoretična spoznanja o sindromu izgorevanja, vzroke, simptome in posledice izgorevanja ter priporočila za preprečevanje izgorevanja na delovnem mestu in izven njega. V drugem delu diplomske naloge smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika preverjali prisotnost sindroma izgorevanja pri zaposlenih v podjetju X.

Secondary title: Burnout at the workplace in the company X
Secondary abstract: On the occurrence of burnout syndrome in the workplace affects both the working environment, as well as personal characteristics of the individual. Employees must learn to deal with themselves, and companies have to offer health-friendly work environment. Employees and their knowledge are clearly very important for the company. But employees who are at the end of their strength, can not invest so much energy and knowledge in their work, as might otherwise be. Burnout of employees reflects on the performance of business enterprises. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first covers the theoretical knowledge of the burnout syndrome, causes, symptoms and consequences of burnout and recommendations to prevent combustion in the workplace and beyond. In the second part of the thesis we used a questionnaire to verify the presence of burnout syndrome among employees in the company X.
