Abstract

Razvoj človeških virov je dolgoročna naložba podjetja in ima pozitiven vpliv na poslovanje podjetja in njegove zaposlene. Temeljna naloga razvoja človeških virov je, da zagotavlja optimalno poklicno-izobrazbeno kvalifikacijsko strukturo vseh zaposlenih, ob hkratnem upoštevanju tako interesov zaposlenih kot tudi interesov podjetja. Človeški viri postajajo najpomembnejši vir vsake organizacije, ker so eden bistvenih dejavnikov za obstoj in razvoj podjetja. Tudi praksa in raziskave dajejo vedno več dokazov, da so človeški viri neprecenljivi vir organizacije in pomembna konkurenčna prednost pred drugimi podjetji. Uspešna podjetja se razlikujejo od manj uspešnih tudi po tem, kaj je podjetje pripravljeno storiti s človeškimi viri, da bodo sposobni in pripravljeni na uspeh. Noben sistem razvoja človeških virov ne bi deloval, če posamezniki ne bi imeli lastnih ambicij, da bi v podjetju napredovali v delovnem, strokovnem in osebnem pogledu. Zato podjetje Radgonske gorice, d.d. izvaja aktivnosti razvoja človeških virov, kot sta izobraževanje in usposabljanje. Izobraževanje in usposabljanje sta vsebinsko pogojeni s potrebami življenja in konkretnega dela človeka z vključitvijo družbenih in človekovih potreb. V svojem bistvu je orientirano na razvijanje delovne zmogljivosti za konkretno delo. Kajti prilagajanja zahtevam in sodobnim razvojnim usmeritvam potekajo zelo počasi. Pri tem smo izpostavili podjetje Radgonske gorice, d.d. kot primer podjetja, ki je na poti k izobraževanju in usposabljanju zaposlenih. S svojim sistematičnim in načrtovalnim izobraževalnim procesom dokazuje, da znanje zaposlenih pomembno vpliva na cilje in rezultate podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Human resource development is a long term investment business and has a positive impact on the company and his employees. The fundamental task of developing human resources to provide optimal vocational-educational qualification structure of employees, while taking into account both the interests of employees as well as business interests. Because human resources are becoming the largest source of each organization, because one of the essential factors for the survival and development company. Also, practice and research provide increasing evidence that human resources are invaluable source of organization and an important competitive advantage over other companies. Successful businesses are less successful than another, even after what the company is prepared to do with human resources to be able and willing to succeed. None of the human resource development would not work if individuals do not have their own ambitions to be promoted in the company in working, professional and personal respect. Therefore, the company Radgonske gorice, d.d. implement human resource development activities such as education and training. Education and training are substantially conditioned by the specific needs of the life and work to include human social and human needs. In its essence, the work centered on developing capacities for concrete work. For adaptation to modern demands and trends of development is proceeding very slowly. Here we highlight company Radgonske gorice, d.d. as an example of companies that is on its way to the education and training for staff. With their systematic training and planning process indicate that educated workers have a significant effect on the business objectives and results.
