Abstract

V prvem delu diplomske naloge smo pripravili kratek opis povodja Bolske. Navedene so osnovne, topografske in hidrografske lastnosti povodja ter kratek opis hidrografske mreže povodja. V nadaljevanju je podrobneje obravnavan odsek Bolske v Brodeh na Vranskem. Podan je podroben opis obstoječega stanja na odseku, kjer prihaja do večjih erozij priobalnih zemljišč. Predstavili smo osnove hidravlike pri računanju enodimenzionalnega toka. Izdelali smo hidravlični računski model odseka s pomočjo programa HEC-RAS, verzija 4.0. Opisali in določili smo vse potrebne podatke, ki jih potrebujemo pri računanju gladin s programom HEC-RAS. Izvedli smo račun gladin pri stalnem enakomernem toku za pretoke s povratnimi dobami 2, 5 in 10 let. Našteli smo tri možne strategije urejanja odseka. Glede na smernice o urejanju vodotokov smo določili kot najboljšo možno strategijo lokalne ureditve. Predstavili smo način sonaravnega urejanja vodotokov. S hidravličnim izračunom smo pridobili podatke o hitrosti vode, strižnih napetostih, višini gladin ipd. Določili smo lokalne ukrepe in jih predstavili v tehničnem poročilu in grafičnih prilogah. Nato smo ponovno izvedli hidravličen izračun z novimi pogoji. Rezultat je prikazal, da smo s predvidenimi ukrepi izboljšali varnost brežin in priobalnih zemljišč. Pretočnost korita na obravnavanem odseku se ni zmanjšala.

Secondary title: Regulation proposal of the river Bolska in Brode at Vransko
Secondary abstract: In the first part of diploma paper, a short description of Bolska river basin was prepared where basic, topographic and hydrographic characteristics of the river basin are stated, as well a short description of hydrographic net. What follows is a detailed discussion of Bolska segment in Brode na Vranskem. It is described a current segment condition where erosions of riverside areas are common. With a calculation of a one-dimensional stream, we represented the basics of hydraulics. By using a computer program HEC-RAS (version 4.0), we made a hydraulic calculation model of the segment. We described and defined all data needed for calculating water surface of river with the HEC-RAS. We calculated the levels at stable stream for flow with 2, 5 and 10 year recurring periods. Three possible strategies for regulation of the segment were found. Considering the directives for waters regulation, the most appropriate strategy are the local regulations. We represented the way of natural river regulation. With the help of the hydraulic calculation, we reached the data of stream speed, height of levels, etc. Local arrangements were defined, and represented in a technical report, as well in graphic enclosures. Afterwards, we repeated the hydraulic calculation in new conditions. The result have indicated that we improved the security of banks and riverside areas with the anticipated arrangements. The flow of the river bed on the discussed segment did not lessen.
