Abstract

Skupina Gorenje je z globalizacijo dosegla rast in razvoj. Vstop na nove trge je pomenil velik izziv, tako na področju odkrivanja potreb novih odjemalcev kot v organizaciji mednarodnega poslovanja. Čas in odzivi kupcev sta pokazala, da so Gorenjevi proizvodi visoko kvalitetni, cenovno dostopni, okolju in uporabnikom prijazni ter modernega dizajna. Sploh francoski trg, ki je bolj dovzeten za moderno in ekološko, je bil navdušen nad njihovimi izdelki. Gorenje si na španskem trgu še odpira poti. Kljub vsem pozitivnim učinkom globalizacije, je globalna finančna kriza pustila globoko sled na mednarodnem poslovanju Gorenja. Zmanjševanje svetovnega investiranja in čakanje na to, kaj in kako se bo odvilo na trgu, je vplivalo na velik upad povpraševanja po gospodinjskih aparatih. Kot vsa ostala podjetja v panogi gospodinjskih aparatov, se tudi Gorenje srečuje s številnimi preprekami, ki jih poskuša blažiti z optimizacijo zalog, s prilagajanjem proizvodnje naročilom, s prilagajanjem številom delovnih dni naročilom, s kratkoročnimi pogodbami, s povečanjem dobave iz držav v razvoju, s skrajševanjem delovnih ur, itd. Kako dolgo bo kriza še trajala in kako močno bo zadela svetovno ekonomijo ne ve nihče. Bodo pa tisti z jasnimi cilji in poštenimi potmi za dosego le-teh izšli iz krize kot zmagovalci in nadaljevali začrtano pot še močnejši in z bogatimi izkušnjami.

Secondary abstract: Gorenje group achieved growth and developement because of globalization. Entering new markets was a great challenge for discovering customer needs and organizing international business. Time and customer responses showed that Gorenje products are of high quality, good price, environmental and consumer friendly and designed to customer taste. These products didnt have any problems in penetrating the The French market, known for its dedication to exquisite design, they were accpeted for their good price and sleek designs. Gorenje group is making its way to enter the Spanish market. In spite of all the positive effects of globalization, the global financial crisis left a deep wound in international operation of Gorenje company. Reduction of investments and waiting for what and how the market will react, reflected on drop in demand for household appliances. Like other companies in the same branch, Gorenje is facing obstacles, trying to improve its operations by optimizing stock, adapting production to the size of orders, adapting number of working days to the size of orders, doing short-term contracts, increase supply from low-cost countries, by cutting short working hours, etc. How long the crisis will last and how hard it will hit global economy nobody can tell. Those with clear goals and honest ways to achieve them will become winners of the crisis and will remain on their way even stronger and with rich experiences.
