Abstract

Zaradi velike konkurence na trgu dela so dandanes podjetja prisiljena čim hitreje in bolje izbirati ter načrtovati svoj kader. Kader, katerega bo podjetje izbralo, bo v veliki meri vplival na rast in razvoj podjetja. Potreba po novih delavcih zahteva veliko dela in časa. Prosta delovna mesta lahko nastanejo iz več vzrokov, kot so upokojitev, širjenje podjetja … Pred iskanjem novega delavca za prosto delovno mesto se mora podjetje ustrezno pripraviti in na ustrezen način pristopiti k iskanju kadra. Pravilno izbrani delavci lahko pozitivno vplivajo na podjetje, nepravilno izbrani (brez dobrih sposobnosti), pa slabo. Organizacija mora izbrati delavce precizno in natančno, saj bodo le-ti kasneje vodili k doseganju zastavljenih ciljev podjetja. Glavna tema diplomskega seminarja je bila predstaviti podjetje Štručka Rogašovci d.o.o. ter sistem načrtovanja in izbire zaposlenih. Predstavili smo tudi management človeških virov in postopke pridobivanja in izbiranja kadrov ter analizo kadrovanja v podjetju Štručka Rogašovci d.o.o. Analizirali smo prosta delovna mesta, predstavili zaposlitvene oglase ter prikazali notranje in zunanje iskanje virov. Podjetja se morajo zavedati, da je načrtovanje in izbira zaposlenih zamuden postopek. Pravilno izbrani kader bo v marsičem prispeval k učinkovitosti podjetja. Slabo izbran kader pa bo v prihodnosti lahko slabo vplival na podjetje, prinesel pa tudi kakšne nadležne obveznosti in težave. Samo sposobnosti nagrajevanja, motiviranja in sporazumevanja med delavci bodo v prihodnosti prinesli podjetju dobre odnose in rezultate.

Secondary abstract: Due to high competition in the labor market, companies are forced to make faster and better choices and plan their staff. Choosen staff will greatly affect companies growth and development. Job vacancies may arise for several reasons such as retirement, business expansion, etc. Before searching for a new employee for the vacancy, the company should define an appropriate way to approach staff searching. Properly selected employees can have a positive impact on the company, incorrectly selected (without good skills), bad. The organization must choose workers in a precise and accurate way. They will help achieving organization goals. The main topic of diploma seminar was to present the company Štručka Rogašovci d.o.o. and its design and selection system of employees. We presented the human resource management, procurement procedures and personnel selection and staffing analysis of this company. We analyzed the jobs, job ads and presented the internal and external sourcing. Companies should be aware that the design and selection of staff is time-consuming process. Properly selected staff will strongly contribute to the performance of the company. Poorly chosen team will may adversely affect the business in the future and also expose some annoying obligations and problems. Only the ability to reward, motivate and communicate among workers will bring good workers relationships and organization results.
