Abstract

Organizacijska klima je skupaj z zaposlenimi »motor« vsake organizacije, ki nastane že ob samem nastanku organizacije. Je faktor, ki organizacije razlikuje med seboj, saj ima vsaka svojo organizacijsko klimo. Torej je organizacijska klima značilnost, ki vpliva na vedenje zaposlenih v organizaciji in zaradi katere se organizacije razlikujejo med seboj. Organizacijska klima pa ima vrsto različnih klim, med katerimi je tudi ustvarjalna klima. Ustvarjalna klima deluje v vsaki organizaciji in sicer pod okriljem družbe in atmosfere, ki jo oblikuje organizacija skupaj z zaposlenimi. V podjetju promovira in generira razmišljanje in uporabo novih izdelkov, storitev in načinov dela. Ustvarjalna klima v organizaciji podpira razvoj, usvajanje in izkoriščanje novih ter drugačnih predlogov in konceptov.

Secondary abstract: Organizational climate also known as Corporate Climate is together with the employees the “the Engine” of each Organization, which arises on the spot of starting an Organization. It is a factor which differentiates Organizations between each other, because each Organization has its own organizational climate. Organizational climate is a characteristic which has an effect on the behavior of its employees and makes Organizations differ from each other. There are different types of organizational climates; one of them is creative climate. Creative climate has an effect in each Organization under the influence of the society and its atmosphere; it is formed by the Organization together with the employees. A company promotes and generates thinking and application of new products, services and ways of working. Creative climate in an Organization supports the development, adaptation and exploitation of new and different proposals and concepts.
