Abstract

Podjetja se morajo pri prenovi in nakupu informacijskih rešitev zavedati svojih problemov in zahtev za informacijske rešitve ter sama raziskati vse možnosti pri ponudnikih takih informacijskih rešitev. Kot smo omenili, je na trgu veliko ponudnikov, vendar le redki ustrezajo specifičnim potrebam podjetja. Za take primere smo v tej nalogi predstavili nekatere od značilnosti takih informacijskih rešitev, ki doprinesejo podjetju največ, in nekatere probleme, ki lahko nastanejo pri uvajanju novih neprilagojenih informacijskih rešitev. Orodje za modeliranje poslovnih procesov in avtomatizacijo v podjetjih je lahko v velikih primerih projekt, ki se nikoli ne konča. Zato vsako podjetje naprej pri sebi dodela procese in s pomočjo orodij za modeliranje procesov pripomore k uspešnemu zaključku in tekočemu spremljanju verzij procesov.

Secondary abstract: Company, which decides for rebuilding or buying IT solution, must be aware of their problems and requirements for such solution. As we have mentioned, there are many providers on the market, but only few are capable to meet the specific needs of the business and provide added value to the company. We provided couple of IT solutions that can make the difference between success and failure. Companies that decide for trusted vendor with trusted solution will have fewer difficulties implementing solutions into existing line of work. Vendors like IBM and EMC put much more afford in developing this solutions which is suitable and flexible for almost every company and every segment of the company. Use of tool for modeling business processes modeling and automation in enterprises may be in many cases a project that never ends. Therefore, each company carries on streamlining processes and using process modeling tools to contribute to a successful completion and follow-up versions of current processes.
