diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je prikazana uporaba pristopa Six sigma, ki nudi sistematično zasnovo DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control), ter kombinacijo različnih orodij in tehnik za izboljševanje kakovosti procesov in proizvodov.
Diplomsko delo zajema tudi izvedbo praktičnega primera po metodologiji DMAIC v podjetju hella Saturnus Slovenija d.o.o., z namenom zmanjševanja napak in izboljšanja kakovosti proizvodnega procesa in s tem povečati zadovoljstvo kupcev.
Praktični primer se nanaša na zmanjšanje izmeta zaslonke na žarometu Nissan Qashqai, in sicer v vseh fazah procesa ter zmanjšanje reklamacij kupca.
Na podlagi DMAIC smo ugotovili, da je največ izmeta v fazi naparevanja, pri čemer največji problem predstavlja rokovanje z zaslonko. Rešitve smo podali v smislu predlogov za izboljšave s ciljem zmanjšanja izmeta.
Rezultati diplomskega dela so bili zadovoljivi. Realizirana sta bila dva poglavitna cilja: izmet žarometa zaradi zaslonke smo zmanjšali iz 1% na 0,5% in interne stroške za 50%.

The Diploma Thesis investigates Six Sigma methodology and it is powerful tool DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) for solving complex problems and process improvements. Six sigma methodology is a widely used approach to improve organisation's processes and products by systematically reducing defects.
The practical part of diploma thesis demonstrates use of six sigma methodology in a scrap reduction program in company Hella Saturnus Slovenia.
Target was to reduce and eliminate defects in all phases of headlamp component production process, reduce scrap rate, prevent customer claims and eventually increase customer satisfaction. Most defects were of decorative nature.
DMAIC findings showed that the biggest contributor to scrap rate is metalising process, mostly due to defects caused by manipulation. Improvement plan based on findings has been prepared.
Six sigma project described in thesis gave promising results two main targets have been achieved:
1. Headlamp overall scrap rate caused by defects on bezel reduced from 1% to 0,5%.,
2. Costs of internal scrap reduced for 50%. |
