Abstract
POVZETEK
Pred pisanjem diplomskega seminarja sem si postavila hipoteze, ki sem jih s pomočjo pogovorov v podjetju lahko tudi potrdila. V veliko veselje mi je bilo, da sem spoznala kakšna je ustvarjalna klima v podjetju, saj sem se iz te izkušnje tudi veliko naučila. Predpostavljala sem, da imajo v Poštni banki Slovenije oblikovano ustvarjalno klimo, vendar klime v podjetju še niso opredelili.
Z raziskovanjem sem ugotovila, da sta inovativnost in ustvarjalnost tesno povezana pojma in v današnjih razmerah predstavljata velik pomen za podjetje. Zaposleni so tisti, ki se bodo lotili reševanja problemov in bodo predlagali inovativne predloge za podjetje. Zato je pomembno, da vodje poskušajo oblikovati time, motivirajo zaposlene k večji ustvarjalnosti prav tako pa, da vpeljejo različne metode za spodbujanje ustvarjalnosti.
Na ustvarjalnost v organizaciji vpliva veliko različnih dejavnikov. Brez ustvarjalne klime, motiviranih in ustvarjalnih vodij, nagrad, motiviranja zaposlenih, izobraževanja, želj zaposlenih po izboljšavah in sodelovanja, ustvarjalnosti ne bo.
V Poštni banki Slovenije ustvarjalna klima, omogoča predvsem dobro počutje na delovnem mestu, saj večina časa zaposleni tam tudi preživijo. Klima v podjetju se odraža v pozitivnih in prijateljskih odnosih, medsebojnem spoštovanju, fleksibilnosti delovnega časa ter opremljenosti delovnega mesta s sodobnimi tehnologijami.

ABSTRACT
Before writing the thesis I made the hypothesis that I have, by means of interviews in the company, also confirmed. It was a great pleasure for me that I got to know a creative climate in the company, because I learned a lot from this experience. I presupposed that the Postal Bank of Slovenia, has a creative climate, but climate in the company has not yet been identified.
During my research I found that innovation and creativity are closely related concept, and present great importance for the company. Employees are the ones who will address the problems and will put forward innovative proposals for the company. It is therefore important that managers seek to form teams, motivate employees to greater creativity as well as to introduce different methods to stimulate creativity.
There are many different factors that have influence on the creativity in the organization. Without a creative atmosphere, motivated and creative leaders, rewards, employee motivation, training, employee desires for improvement and collaboration, there is no creativity.
There is a creative climate in The Postal Bank of Slovenia, which in particular allows welfare in the workplace, since employees spend most of their time there. Climate in the company is reflected in positive and friendly relations, mutual respect, flexibility of working hours and workplace equipment with modern technologies. |
