diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Klubski program je družbena dejavnost, ki v Mladinskem centru Trbovlje predstavlja eno od področij, s katerim kot javni zavod v Občini Trbovlje zadovoljujemo potrebe javnosti.
Klubska dejavnost pa je tako kot druge sfere, povezana s trženjem, katerega bi za omenjeni program želeli uspešno izvajati, zato v nalogi poizkušamo najti optimalne rešitve pri reševanju tega problema.
Hkrati pa je klubski program dejavnost, ki je lahko zelo »požrešna«, saj je lahko razmerje med vložkom in izplenom neugodno.
Mladi se načeloma radi zadržujejo na prireditvah, ki delujejo v okviru klubskega programa, vendar je na nas, da mladi za te prireditve izvedo in jih obiščejo.
Zato v diplomi s pomočjo teoretičnega dela in prakse poizkušamo rešiti problem učinkovitega trženja klubskega programa. V to bomo všteli vse od teoretične osnove za dotično področje, pa do učinkovitega oglaševanja in kaj to je, kateri mediji so najučinkovitejši, kaj publika želi od nas,...

Secondary abstract: |
The Club’s programme is a social activity that represents one of the working fields in Youth center Trbovlje, which tries to please public’s needs within Trbovlje municipality.
The Club's activities are no less connected to marketing no less than other economic activities, therefore we are trying to find some optimal solutions regarding this problem with this thesis.
At the same time, activities that are part of the club's programme can be very unprofitable, due to unfavourable ratio between income and outcome.
Young people in general, like to visit and hang out in such places and participate in all kind of events, therefore it is our responsibility to inform public about the events.
The basic purpose of this thesis is to link practical knowledge gained by working in this field with theory and feedback from questionnaires and to try to find solutions. |
