Secondary abstract:	The thesis discusses electrical arc in the melting fuses. There is a representation of low-voltage and high-voltage fuses and the historical development of electrical fuses. The electric arc and the effect on the electrical arc in low-voltage fuses and the performance of tests are described. Tests were carried out on melting cartridges with a different amount of sand granulation and its quantity, with a change in the melting element and the change in volume of melting cartridge.
