Konvergenca in integracija medijev z uporabo računalništva v oblaku

Abstract

Diplomsko delo prikazuje koncepte računalništva v oblaku ter konvergenco in integracijo medijev z uporabo le-teh. Predstavili smo različne definicije računalništva v oblaku, kjer se zaradi hitrega napredka v razvoju pojavljajo težave pri njihovi enotnosti. Sledijo predstavitev storitvenega in namestitvenega modela ter značilnosti računalništva v oblaku z njihovimi prednostmi, slabostmi in varnostnimi rešitvami. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili multimedijske vsebine ter pripadajočo infrastrukturo, za tem pa se posvetili konvergenci in integraciji medijev z uporabo računalništva v oblaku. Analizirali smo tudi sedanji ter pričakovani trg informacijske tehnologije. Zadnji del diplomskega dela prikazuje pristop izdelave oblačne aplikacije in namestitve le-te v virtualni IBM oblak s pomočjo orodij IBM WebSphere in NetBeans IDE.

Secondary abstract:	This thesis deals with the concepts of cloud computing and the media convergence and integration through its use. We presented various definitions of cloud computing where, due to fast progress in development, problems with compatibility appear. What follows is the presentation of the service and deployment models and the characteristics of cloud computing and its advantages, disadvantages and security solutions. In the subsequent part we demonstrated the multimedia content and the necessary infrastructure, then we focused on convergence and integration of media by using cloud computing. We analysed the current and the expected market of informational technology. The final part of the thesis shows the construction of a cloud application and its deployment into a virtual IBM cloud using IBM WebSphere and NetBeans IDE tools.
