Abstract

V okviru diplomskega dela smo opravili del raziskovalne študije za Nafto Petrochem, d. o. o., v kateri je bila naša glavna naloga preučiti tehnološki del procesa, čiščenje surovega metanola. Čiščenje surovega metanola smo simulirali s tremi destilacijskimi kolonami. Proizvodnjo surovega metanola smo simulirali z računalniškim procesnim simulatorjem Aspen Plus z modelom, ki vključuje kemijsko termodinamiko za realne procese. Primerjali smo simulacijo tehnološkega podprocesa za čiščenje surovega metanola iz zemeljskega plina in iz bioplina pri enakih parametrih. Z izvajanjem simulacij smo ugotovili, da ni potrebnih tehnoloških sprememb, v kolikor bi surovino, kot je zemeljski plin, zamenjali z bioplinom.

Secondary title: Purification of crude methanol
Secondary abstract: With this diploma taks, we have done a part of research studies for Nafta Petrochem, d. o. o., where our main task was to consider the technological part of the process, purification of crude methanol. Purification of crude methanol, we simulate with three distillation columns. Production of crude methanol we simulated by computer process Aspen Plus with model, which includes chemical thermodynamics to real processes. We compared the simulation technology subprocess purification of crude methanol from natural gas and biogas from the same parameters. By carrying out simulatons, we considered that no technological changes are required if natural gas would be, replaced by biogas.
