Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo podrobno prikazali potek obstoječih kadrovskih procesov, ki se pojavljajo v obravnavanem podjetju, in na ta način sestavili model kadrovske dejavnosti. Na novo zgrajen model bo podjetju v veliko pomoč pri nadaljnjem poslovanju, saj bo omogočal lažje spremljanje poteka nekaterih aktivnosti in nalog.
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del diplomske naloge temelji na različnih virih, in sicer iz tuje in domače literature, v katerem je predstavljen potek kadrovskih procesov, ki spadajo v posamezno področje in se pojavljajo v podjetjih na splošno. Eden izmed uporabljenih virov za potrebne podatke je tudi internet. V tem delu smo namenili nekaj besed osnovnim pojmom, s katerimi se srečujemo skozi celotno nalogo. Osredotočili smo se predvsem na pojem kadrovske funkcije, ki je v današnjem poslovnem svetu nujno potrebna za uspešno delovanje vsake organizacije. Temu sledi opis kadrovske funkcije, ki se dejansko izvaja v podjetju Priber d.o.o.
Pri raziskovanju empiričnega dela diplomske naloge smo uporabili primarne vire. Izhajali smo predvsem iz analiz različnih podatkov, pridobljenih v podjetju, na podlagi katerih smo analizirali in proučevali stanje v podjetju Priber d.o.o. Tu so opisani in shematsko prikazani kadrovski procesi, ki se dejansko pojavljajo in izvajajo v obravnavani organizaciji.

In the diploma, we presented in detail the course of the existing processes of personnel that appear in the treated company, and thus we constructed a model of personnel activity. The newly constructed model will be of a great help for the business in further operations as it will enable an easier monitoring of some courses of activities and tasks.
The diploma paper consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part of the diploma is based on different sources, namely foreign and domestic literature, and a course of personnel processes, which belong to an individual field and generally occur in businesses, is presented. One of the sources used for the needed data is the internet. In this paper, we dedicated a few words to basic concepts that we come across through the entire diploma. We concentrated predominantly on the concept of personnel function, which is in the today’s business world necessary in order for a company to be successful. This is followed by a description of personnel function that is actually carried out in the company Priber d.o.o. (Ltd.)
Primary sources were used in the research of the empirical part of the diploma paper. We mostly originated from the analyses of different data gathered in the company, and on basis of which we analysed and studied the condition in Priber d.o.o. The personnel processes described and schematically presented here, actually occur and are carried out in the treated organisation. |
