Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava nepremičninske evidence, katere vodi in vzdržuje Geodetska uprava Republike Slovenije. Podrobno predstavi zemljiški kataster, kataster stavb, register nepremičnin in register prostorskih enot. Predstavi definicije nepremičnine in stavbe v skladu z obstoječo zakonodajo. Opiše uporabnost podatkov, ki se vodijo v nepremičninskih evidencah in izpostavi posebnosti, kot je na primer neskladnost drugih zakonov s spremembami v zakonih, ki urejajo vodenje in vzdrževanje podatkov o nepremičninah. Predstavi smernice nepremičninskih evidenc v Evropski uniji in nepremičninske evidence v izbranih državah. V nadaljevanju v treh modelih nakaže možnosti združevanja nepremičninskih evidenc. Na podlagi izvedene analize oceni učinke uvedbe posameznega modela, pogoje za uvedbo in možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

Secondary abstract: |
This master's thesis discusses the existing real estate registers, which are lead and maintained by the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia. It presents in detail the Land cadastre, the Building cadastre, the Real estate register and Register of Spatial Units. It presents definitions of real estate and building, according to the existing legislation. It describes the usefulness of the data, which is lead in real estate registers and exposes specific features, such as discordance with other laws with modifications of the laws, which regulate leading and maintaining real estate data. It presents directives of real estate registers in European Union and the real estate register in selected countries. In continuation the three models indicate possibilities of pooling real estate registers. On the basis of the realized analyses it estimates the effects on the introduction of the particular model, conditions for the introduction and possibilities for further development. |
