Abstract

V nadaljevanju na kratko predstavi štiri vplivne teorije distributivne pravičnosti, in sicer teorijo Johna Locka, Immanuela Kanta, Johna Rawlsa in Roberta Nozicka.

Secondary title: DISTRIBUTIVE JUSTICE
Secondary abstract: The author examines the problem of distributive justice, which is a central topic of legal and political philosophy and is directly connected to the question of state formation. He defines distributive justice as a special form of justice, which has the goal to establish principles and mechanisms for a just distribution of goods and burdens in society. The author assumes that justice demands the equal treatment of all persons, except when grounded circumstances allow or demand unequal treatment. He presents his theses and defines some basic questions which should be addressed by a theory of distributive justice. Then he presents the theories of John Locke, Immanuel Kant, John Rawls and Robert Nozick, which are all very influential theories of distributive justice. In the conclusion the author introduces the basic guidelines for his further scientific inquiry into the subject of distributive justice.
