diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo zgradili model za izbiro najprimernejšega gostinskega delavca — vodjo strežbe in vodjo kuhinje s pomočjo programa za večparametrsko odločanje. Preučili smo sedanji proces zaposlovanja in predlagali spremembe. Konstruirali smo hierarhično drevo kriterijev, ki smo jih dobili z analizo delovnega mesta. Analiza delovnega mesta je bila narejena s pomočjo izvedencev za gostinstvo in na podlagi sistematizacije delovnih mest. Izbira kandidata je podprta s programom za večparametrsko odločanje, ki temelji na lupini ekspertnega sistema DEXi. Program DEXi omogoča analize in primerjave dobljenih rezultatov, vendar smo za analizo tipa »kaj — če« uporabili program za vrednotenje Vredana. Na koncu pa je vedno za odločitev odgovoren tisti, ki jo je sprejel in odgovornosti ne more preložit na model. Žal model ni bil preizkušen pri naboru kadrov, kar pa ne pomeni, da ni uporaben.

This Diploma builds a model for choosing the most appropriate catering associate – the Head of Catering Operations and the Chef, by means of a program for multi-attribute decision making. We have thoroughly investigated the present employment process and suggested some changes. We have constructed the hierarchic tree of criteria, all of which we gained from analyzing various jobs. These analyses were made by catering experts and on the basis of job systemization. The process of choosing the right candidate is supported by a program for multi-attribute decision making, which is based on the shell of the DEXi expert system. Program DEXi enables various analyses and comparisons of the acquired results, while for analyzing the “what – if” type, we have chosen the Vredana evaluation program. At the end of the process, the responsibility of taking a decision is on the person who has made it and cannot be shifted to the model. Unfortunately, this model has not been tested in the recruitment process, which does not make it useless. |
