diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa
Abstract
Ta diplomska naloga zajema krmiljenje vodnega hladilnega sistema za jeklarno. Opisuje tehnologijo hladilnega sistema z vsemi pripadajočimi elementi postrojenja in delovanje celotne naprave v vseh možnih obratovalnih razmerah (redno obratovanje, incidenčne razmere). Krmiljenje je izvedeno s prostoprogramabilnim krmilnim sistemom Allen Bradley, oddaljene enote so preko Flex I/O opreme vezane preko DeviceNet mreže na osnovni krmilni rack. Nastavitev komunikacije strojne opreme preko DeviceNet mreže je izvedena s programom RSLinx Classic, programiranje celotnega sklopa hladilnega sistema (krmiljenje) pa s programom RSLogix 500. Na koncu je opisan tudi sam zagon in testiranja naprave.

This diploma consists of a control of the water cooling system for steelworks. It describes the technology cooling system, with the associated elements of the plant and operation of the entire device in all possible operating conditions (regular, service situation). Control is carried out with Allen Bradley control system, the remote units are over Flex I/O linked on Control System over DeviceNet network. Hardware DeviceNet settings are made in program RSLinx Classic, programming of complete automatisation of cooling system in program RSLogix 500. End of my diploma describes startups and testing of entire device. |
