Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena problematika pregretja sklopke univerzalne stružnice Oerlikon tip DM6A. V prvem delu je predstavljeno podjetje, ki uporablja stružnico Oerlikon, dejavnosti podjetja, organiziranost podjetja, sestavo vzdrževanja delovnih strojev in naprav, pravilnik o varnem delu stružnice in pravilnik o odpadnem olju. V drugem delu je na splošno opisana stružnica, vretenjak stružnice Oerlikon, konstrukcijske izvedbe sklopke, ki so lahko vgrajene v stružnicah, pravilno delovanje sklopk, hidravlično mazalni sistem. Izdelana je analiza možnih napak in vzrokov nepravilnega delovanja sklopk. V nadaljevanju diplomske naloge so opisane izboljšave delovanja sklopke v smislu nadzora in zagotovitve njenega brezhibnega delovanja, kar je rešeno z mikro procesorskim nadzorom delovanja sklopke.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma work the problem of overheating clutch of turning lathe type Oerlikon DM6A is presented. Organisation of the company and its activities are presented at the beginning of the work. Machinery, maintenance methodology, rules of safe work with turning lathe and rules of waste oils management are presented next. Second part gives a general overview of machines under consideration. Special attention is payed to different types clutches that, proper performance of clutches and hydraulic lubrication system. At the end the analysis of possible failures and causes of incorrect performance of clutches in presented. Second part gives insight into suggested modification of turning lathe. Micro-processor controlling of the turning lathe performance is described.
