Abstract

V današnjem času nam računalniki lajšajo delo, so neskončen shranjevalec in vir informacij, uporabljajo se kot komunikacijsko sredstvo in konec koncev skrbijo tudi za zabavo. Tako poteka preko računalnika in ostalih elektronskih medijev vse več poslovnih dogodkov. Tak način življenja je tudi spremenil navade potrošnikov. Sedaj so potrošniki tisti, ki določajo kakšnih storitev si želijo. Podjetja pa morajo svojo ponudbo kar se da hitro prilagajati potrošnikovemu povpraševanju. To velja tudi za internetno bančništvo. Pojav interneta je povzročil, da se postopoma brišejo meje tudi na bančnih trgih. Vse večja konkurenca med bankami pa povzroča, da banke znižujejo stroške procesiranja finančnih operacij. Prav internetno bančništvo je tisto, ki močno zniža stroške finančnih operacij. Zaradi tega se vse več bank močno nagiba k internetnem bančništvu, ki naj bi sčasoma prevzelo izvajanje transakcij. Na ta način je internetno bančništvo postalo najhitreje rastoči in razvijajoči se segment v bančništvu. Opravljanje storitev preko spleta je za komitente bistveno lažje in bolj udobno, kot opravljanje storitev na tradicionalen način, bankam pa omogoča bolj ekonomično in kvalitetnejše poslovanje. Banke morajo zato posvetiti veliko pozornost učinkovitemu izkoriščanju svojih virov, med katere sodi tudi informacijska tehnologija. Internetno bančništvo poraja med bodočimi uporabniki določene pomisleke, predvsem glede varnosti podatkov, vendar je treba poudariti, da večjega kriminala na področju spletnega bančništva še ni bilo. Kljub temu je pomembno stalno dopolnjevanje varnostnih sistemov v sami banki. Kar se nezaupanja v internetno bančništvo tiče to bo prisotno vse dokler bo tehnologija hitela s takšno hitrostjo. Dobra stran je da internetno bančništvo uporablja mlajša generacija. Tako da mislimo da bo internetno bančništvo v prihodnosti bolj uporabljeno.

Secondary abstract: Computer relieve us of work in today's time because they are infinite keepers and source of formations, they are being used as communication mean and ultimately also for fun. This way more business events go on over a computer and other electronic media. Such way of life also changed habits of consumers. Now the consumers are those , that determine what kind of services are wish for. Companies must adapt their offer to a consumer demand extremely quickly. This applies also to Internet banking. Occurrence of Internet caused, that frontiers are being wiped gradually also on bank markets. Larger competition between banks is causing, that bank reduce costs of processing financial operation. Right Internet banking is that, that he reduces price of costs of financial operations strongly. Because of this more and more banks is strongly gradient to Internet banking, that it adopts execution of transactions in time. In this way is internet banking become most quickly growing and developing segment in banking. There is doing of services through web for business partners elementarily lighter and more comfortably, it is making more economical and more quality business possible for banks as doing of services on traditional manner. Banks have to consecrate large attention to efficient utilizing of their sources , also information technology belongs among which. Internet banking creates certain reservations among future users, above all about safeties of data, however must he emphasize, that there still was no larger crime on field of web banking. Supplementing of safety systems within alone bank is permanent in spite of this important. The mistrusts in Internet will be presently as long as the technology hurried with such speed. There is a good side that younger generation is using Internet banking. So that we believe that internet banking will be used more in future.
