Abstract

Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na štiri dele. Prvi del je namenjen teoretični opredelitvi rednih letnih razgovorov, z opredelitvijo ciljev, namena in vsebine. Poudarek pa je predvsem na pripravi in poteku rednih letnih razgovorov. Hkrati pa so predstavljene tudi morebitne ovire in zadržki pred uvedbo razgovorov. Drugi del je namenjen predstavitvi podjetja Nova Kuverta d.o.o., z opisom dejavnosti in organizacijske strukture. Sledi raziskovalni del diplomskega dela, z analizo rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika, pri čemer ugotavljamo mnenje zaposlenih o uvedbi rednih letnih razgovorov. Zadnji del pa je namenjen predlogu uvedbe rednih letnih razgovorov v podjetje s predlogi obrazcev za redni letni razgovor.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis entitled Introducing Regular Annual Employee Interviews in Nova Kuverta d.o.o. is composed of four sections. The first section deals with the theoretical definition of regular annual interviews, including definition of goals, objectives and contents. The emphasis is placed particularly on preparing for and managing regular annual interviews. At the same time, it presents eventual obstacles and reservations on introducing annual interviews. The second section presents company Nova Kuverta d.o.o., with a description of its business activities and organisational structure. This is followed by the research section of the thesis, with an analysis of results, whereby we try to determine what employees think of the introduction of regular annual interviews. The last section includes a proposal of introducing regular annual interviews into the company, with proposals for templates for the interviews.
