Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena optimizacija, ter možnost zmanjšanja stroškov pri izdelavi ohišja elektromotorja. V diplomski nalogi so opisani materiali, iz katerih je ohišje, kot tudi materiali za rezalna orodja ter stroj na katerem se bo delo izvajalo. Naveden je opis obstoječega tehnološkega postopka, ki je izveden na večjih strojih. V nadaljevanju je opisana optimizacija, kako bi lahko takšno ohišje naredili na enem samem stroju, ter vključitev najsodobnejših orodij. S tem pokažemo za koliko je možno zmanjšati stroške obdelave. Na koncu so predstavljeni prihranki na orodju in kalkulacija obstoječe in nove tehnologije.

Secondary title: Making an optimal technological process for processing an electromotor casing
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis shows optimizations to reduce costs during the machining of a stator casing. This thesis describes the materials of the casings and the cutting tools and the machines, which are used for production The technological approach is described and valid for machines of bigger sizes. Furthermore are the optimizations described, how to machine a stator casing on a single machine, including the use of state of the art tools. This shows the possible amount of cost reductions for machining. Finally, the effect of cost savings on tools and the calculation of existing and new techological approaches are shown.
