Abstract

Diplomsko delo smo namenili razvoju cementa CEM V/A (S-V-P) 42,5N LH. Glavni cilji raziskav so bili: • razviti lastnosti cementa CEM V/A (S-V-P) 42,5N LH, primernega za širšo uporabo, • znižati emisije CO2 na tono proizvedenega cementa, • znižati porabo energije na tono proizvedenega cementa, • znižati variabilne stroške na tono cementa, • zmanjšati vpliv na okolje z vidika ponovne uporabe odpadnih materialov, • povečati razmerje cement glede na klinker (C/K faktor) na tono proizvedenega cementa in • ohraniti oziroma povečati tržni delež (LH). CEM V/A (S-V-P) 42,5N LH cement (v nadaljevanju CEM V) poleg klinkerja vsebuje še elektrofiltrski pepel, granulirano plavžno žlindro, pucolan in sadro.

Secondary abstract: Scope of work is on the development of cement CEM V (SVP) 42.5 N LH, which main objectives are: • to develop properties of cement CEM V/A (S-V-P) 42,5N LH suitable for wide usage, • to reduce CO2 emission per ton of produced cement, • to reduce energy consumption per ton of produced cement, • to reduce of variable costs per ton of produced cement, • to lower environmental impact due to recycling of waste material, • to increase ratio between cement and clinker (C/K factor) per ton of produced cement and • to maintain and increase market share (LH). CEM V/A (S-V-P) 42.5 N LH (abbreviated as CEM V) cement which beside clinker contains also fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag, gypsum and pozzolan. The result is cement with lower production cost where the main characteristics of commercial cement are maintained. CEM V has also positive effects on concrete durability, especially in terms of higher resistance, better reaction, resistance to sulphate corrosion and resistance to penetration of chlorides. Additionally CEM V has positive effect on concrete workabilitiy (consistency), is proved to reduce shrinkage and heat release of concrete and thus prevents micro-cracking of hardened concrete. The CEM V has at the same grinding fineness slightly lower initial strength (after 1 day) and usually higher strength (after 28) than the reference mixture of Portland cement CEM II/B-M (P-S-L) 42,5N, due to pozzolanic reaction of fly ash and pozzolana. The main task in development of CEM V was to achieve and surpass the properties of cement, as to allow wider applicability, particularly in the manufacture of transport concrete in the aspect of improved physical and mechanical properties and durability of concrete. With the laboratory tests and industrial milling, a new composition of CEM V was designed, which corresponded to the requirements of standard SIST EN 197-1, having the maximum C/K factor as well. According to tests and basic parameters the technology of milling and production of CEM V was defined.
