Abstract

Komunalno podjetje mora kot upravljavec zagotavljati zanesljivo obratovanje objektov in naprav v okviru planiranih sredstev. V preteklosti se je že pokazalo, da je kurativno vzdrževanje najdražje vzdrževanje. Posledice nekontroliranih okvar na naših sistemih so lahko katastrofalne za uporabnika in okolico. Namen diplomske naloge je bil doseči večjo zanesljivost obratovanja, ter hkrati povečati nadzor na stanjem naprav. Predlagana metoda odločanja o načinu izbire vzdrževanja nam bo služila kot vodilo o razvrščanju naprav v skupine. Računalniška podpora vzdrževanju bo povečala preglednost vzdrževanja. Cilj je imeti vse podatke o napravah na enem mestu, zagotavljati sledljivost, ter na osnovi zgodovine okvar določiti vrsto vzdrževalnih postopkov in posegov. Termografija in meritve vibracij so metode, ki omogočajo preventivno vzdrževanje po stanju. Praktični primeri v nalogi prikazujejo kako te metode vključiti v vsakodnevno vzdrževanje. Izbrana je bila hidromehanska opremo, ki je najbolj obremenjena. Za to opremo, v primeru okvare nimamo nobene zamenjave, zato je še kako pomembno, da smo na okvaro naprave pripravljeni in jo popravimo v najkrajšem možnem času. Če je možno, še preden napaka na posameznem elementu privede do popolne zaustavitve naprave. Postopki in metode, ki so opisane v nalogi nam to omogočajo.

Secondary abstract: Komunalno podjetje Velenje d.o.o. as the operator must ensure reliable operation of facilities within the planned resources. In the past, experience has shown that is the corrective maintenance most expensive maintenance. The consequences of uncontrolled damage to our systems can be disastrous for the user and the surrounding area. The purpose of this work was to achieve greater reliability of service, while enhancing control of the device condition. Suggested decision working method on maintenance concepts will serve as a guide to the classification of systems in the group. Computer support maintenance will increase the transparency of maintenance. The aim is to have all the information about the devices in one place, it will ensure traceability, and on the history of failures to determine the type of maintenance procedures and interventions. Thermography and vibration monitoring are methods that allow for condition based preventive maintenance. Practical examples are presented in the work on how to include this metod in the daily maintenance. Hydromechanical equipments, the most burdened is used for this purpose. For this equipment, in case of failure we have no redundancy, so the more important that we have a defective device prepared and correct it as soon as possible. If possible, before an error on a given item leads to a complete stop device. Suggested procedures and methods as described in the work enable such approach.
