Abstract

Namen diplomske naloge je ugotoviti vpliv biogoriv na karakteristike toka goriva v vbrizgalni šobi oziroma v izvrtini za vbrizg goriva. Za preučitev vpliva goriv je bil narejen testni model v programskem orodju FIRE. Da bi dosegel čim boljše rezultate, sem na začetku naredil več mrež različnih oblik in z različnim številom elementov. Najprej so rezultati obsegali simulacije za vse mreže samo za biodizelsko gorivo. Primerjava dobljenih rezultatov mi je omogočila izbiro primerne oblike mreže in števila elementov mreže. Kasneje sem za izbrano obliko in število elementov mreže naredil simulacije za biodizelsko gorivo, mešanico biodizla z bioetanolom in za dizelsko gorivo. Po pregledu rezultatov simulacij opravljenih na testnem modelu s testiranimi gorivi lahko rečem, da sta testirani biogorivi glede njunega vpliva na karakteristike toka v izvrtini vbrizgalne šobe primerni za uporabo v dizelskih motorjih.

Secondary title: Influence of biofuels on fuel flow characteristics in injector
Secondary abstract: The purpose of diploma work is to identify influence of biofuels on fuel flow characteristics in injector or in injector nozzle hole. To examined the influence of fuels I made test model in software package FIRE. In software package FIRE I made test model whit more meshes and whit different forms and different number of mesh elements. Firs I made simulations for all meshes just for biodiesel fuel. Comparison of simulations results for biodiesel make it possible to select which form of mesh and which number of mesh elements is suitably for further simulations. I made more simulations of biodiesem fuel, mixer of biodiesel whit bioethanol and for diesef fuel for selected mesh. Based on the results of simulations made on tested model it can be concluded that tested biofuels, regarding their impact on the flow characteristics in the nozzle, are suitably for use on diesel engine.
