Abstract

POVZETEK V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili stanje zaposlovanja kadrov na področju gostinstva v goriški regiji ter v podjetju Hit d. d., s posebnim poudarkom na analiziranju vzrokov o primanjkljaju gostinskega kadra. Dotaknili smo se področja deficitarnih poklicev in problematike pridobivanja ustreznih kadrov. Gostinska dejavnost se srečuje z velikimi kadrovskimi težavami, ki pa se bodo glede na razmere v poklicnih in tehniških gostinskih šolah še zaostrovale. Na tem področju bo zato potrebno zagotoviti večjo promocijo gostinskih poklicev, predvsem med mladimi. Zagotoviti je potrebno tudi dejansko boljše delovne pogoje zaposlenih v tej dejavnosti, v segmentu njihovih plač in nagrajevanju uspešnosti. Z analizo raziskovalnih vprašanj smo ugotavljali, kje se problem začne pojavljati ter zakaj dejansko nastaja.

Secondary abstract: ABSTRACT In the diploma thesis, we present the personnel employment state in the field of catering in Gorica region and in Hit, PLC with emphasis on the analysis of causes for the deficit in catering personnel. We touched upon the field of occupations in excess demand and the problem of acquiring adequate personnel. Catering business encounters big personnel problems that will become strained, considering the conditions in vocational and technical catering schools. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a bigger promotion of catering occupations, especially among the young. Better working conditions in this trade will also have to be provided in the segment of their salaries and successfulness rewards. With the analysis of research questions, we tried to establish where a problem begins to occur and why it actually occurs.
