Abstract

Optimizacija je proces, ki mu mora biti predano vsako podjetje z jasno vizijo razvoja. V podjetju Unior d.d. na programu Odkovki, smo pred leti začeli s sistematičnim uvajanjem industrijskih robotov na proizvodne linije. Začetek je bil težak, vendar ob sodelovanju menedžmenta in proizvodnih delavcev, smo tehnološko dozorevali vsi, ki smo bili vključeni v proces avtomatizacije proizvodnje. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj avtomatizacije proizvodne linije v oddelku Proizvodna kontrola. Avtomatizacija se je izvedla z industrijskimi roboti, ki izvajajo operacije kalibriranja in prebijanja. Reševanje težav je potekalo po empirični metodi. Kot inovacija je predstavljena uvedba optičnega senzorja, ki kontrolira ustreznost odkovka v kalibrirnem orodju, kar je močno zmanjšalo število reklamacij zaradi zatisnjenosti. Izdelan je izračun prihranka zaradi zmanjšanja števila delavcev na proizvodnih linijah in ukinitve ponovnega očnega pregleda.

Secondary title: Optimization of manufacturing line for production of housings by industrial robots
Secondary abstract: Optimization is a process to which must be committed each company which has a clear vision of further development. In the company Unior d.d. in the Forge programme we started years ago with systematic initiation of industrial robots in the manufacturing lines. The beginning of it was very difficult but with cooperation of the management and the workers all involved in the process of automation of manufacturing lines grew in the technological sense. In the diploma is introduced the development of automation of manufacturing line in the manufacturing supervision department. The automation was carried out with industrial robots, which perform operations of calibrating and punching. For solving the problems we used the empiric method. As a innovation was introduced initiation of optical sensor, which controls suitability of forge in the calibrating machine and which reduced the number of reclamations regarding the forges which were pressed to much. There was also made a calculation of saving as a result of workers reduction in the manufacturing lines and cancelling the operation of renewed control check.
