Abstract

Današnji, hitro spreminjajoči se svet pretresajo velika nasprotja. Osnova vsemu je silen razvoj znanosti in tehnike v zadnjih nekaj desetletjih. Tak razvoj prinaša skokovit porast znanja domala na vseh področjih našega življenja in delovanja. Prav tako pa ne prinaša samo ugodnosti, spremljajo ga tudi negativni pojavi, ki včasih celo ogrožajo človekovo življenje in bivanje. Tako kot v drugih podjetjih v današnjem času, je tudi v delniški družbi Merkur d.d., kjer se zavedajo, da prave vrednosti podjetja ni mogoče pokazati le s številkami, kajti največje premoženje so ljudje s svojim znanjem, veščinami in spretnostmi. Žal pa ni dovolj, da se zadovoljimo z osnovnim znanjem, temveč se moramo ves čas izobraževati, izboljševati svoje sposobnosti, pridobivati nove ideje. Teoretični del diplomske naloge obravnava temeljne pojme, ki so povezani z motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje, empirični del pa na osnovi ankete zajema analiziranje rezultatov in podajanje ugotovitev in predlogov. Namen raziskave je, v teoretičnem delu podrobneje predstaviti povzetke najpomembnejših elementov na področju motivacije zaposlenih za izobraževanje, pojem in pomen motivacije v izobraževanju, ter motivacijske dejavnike, ki vplivajo na aktivnosti zaposlenih. V empiričnem — raziskovalnem delu, pa sem želela ugotoviti, kaj zaposlene najbolj motivira pri odločitvi za izobraževanje in kaj najmanj. Analiza rezultatov ankete je pokazala, da se je več kot polovica zaposlenih pripravljenih dodatno izobraževati pod določenimi pogoji, čeprav v podjetju od njih tega ne bi zahtevali. Za zaposlene je najpomembnejši motivacijski dejavnik večja strokovnost posameznika. Možnost ohranitve delovnega mesta in osebna rast posameznika pa najmanj pomemben motivacijski dejavnik. Večina zaposlenih je zadovoljna s svojim delom, polovica vseh anketiranih je zadovoljna z lokacijo delovnega mesta, z medsebojnimi odnosi, delovnim časom in odnosi z vodjem. Prav tako je večina zaposlenih mnenja, da vodstvo podjetja dovolj vzpodbuja določene oblike izobraževanja.

Secondary abstract: Today's rapidly changing world shaken major conflicts. The basis of all the powerful development of science and technology in the last few decades. This development brings sharp increase in knowledge in virtually all areas of our life and activity. It also does not bring only advantages, accompanied by a negative phenomena, which sometimes threaten human life and residence. The same as in other enterprises today, is also in joint-stock company Merkur d.d, where they realize that the true value of enterprises is not to show only the numbers, because the most valuable part of the enterprise are people, with their knowledge and skills. Unfortunately, not enough to satisfy the basic skills, but we must constantly educate, improve their skills, acquire new ideas. The theoretical part of the diploma work deals with fundamental issues related to motivation of employees for training, the empirical part is based on a survey covering and analyzing the results of feeding the findings and proposals. The purpose of research is in theoretical work presented in more detail the summaries of the most important elements in the motivation of staff for education, the concept and importance of motivation in education, and motivational factors which affect the activities of employees. The empirical - research work, but I wanted to find out what motivates employees most in deciding on education and what the least. Analysis of the results of the survey showed that more than half of employees further training prepared under certain conditions, even in the company of them that they would entail. For employees, the most important motivating factor is increased professionalism of the individual. Ability to preserve jobs and personal growth of individuals is the least important motivating factor. Most employees were satisfied with their work, half of all respondents are satisfied with the location of the workplace, peer relations, time and relations with managers. It is also the opinion of the majority of employees, that company executives enough to encourage some form of education.
