Abstract

Točka preloma, ko se začne podjetje dokončno opredeljevati kot družinsko podjetje, je trenutek umika podjetnika, ki je podjetje ustanovil, in prepuščanje funkcij v podjetju potomcem. Podjetja bodo v današnjih negotovih razmerah lažje preživela boj s konkurenco in se razvijala, če bodo planirala proces nasledstva, saj je planiranje procesa nasledstva zagotovo področje, katero lahko vpliva na nadaljnji razvoj in uspeh podjetja. Planiranje nasledstva bi moralo potekati v skladu z nasledstvenim planom, prav tako bi bilo priporočljivo, da ga lastnik sprejme še v času, ko je podjetje stabilno. Planiranje pa naj zajema tako lastniški kot tudi vodstveni vidik nadaljevanja podjetja.

Secondary abstract: Point break, when the company finally begins to define as a family business, the time of withdrawal of an entrepreneur who founded the company and leaving descendants in the company functions. Businesses will be todays uncertain environment to survive the fight with the competition and develop, if they are planning to the process of succession planning as a process of succession is certainly an area which may affect the continued development and success of the company. Succession planning should be carried out in accordance with the succession plan, it would also be advisable to take the owner at a time when the company stable. Planning should include both equity as well as managing aspects of the firm.
